You've got your Tupperware at-home parties for containers. You've got your Mary Kay at-home parties for your cosmetics. And now, you pet lovers can attend an at-home "Pupperware" party to shop for your dog's or cat's personal care needs.

The parties come courtesy of Shure Pets, a Chicago-based direct sales company which contracts with "pet consultants" to throw the parties for friends, neighbors and co-workers. The reps get a profit from sales on each item and can earn product discounts. Pets are encouraged to attend.
